With garden views, Hidden Valley Wilderness Lodge is located in San Ignacio and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace. I literally loved everything about Hidden Valley. From the spectacular surroundings to caring, friendly, and attentive staff, this spot completely exceeded my expectations. While we didn't partake in the outings, they could have planned any number of them for us. Einer and his team were also so helpful in getting some documentation copied, scanned, and emailed for us at no charge, which was a huge help. The food was very good, and the surroundings are just incredible! Cannot recommend Hidden Valley enough!

Located in San Ignacio, 12 miles from Barton Creek Cave, Gaia Riverlodge has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Gaia was a truly magical experience. It's very out-of-the-way, but it leans into that feeling while also making every aspect of your stay luxurious and well-catered for. The food is beautifully prepared with a wide variety of styles and flavours. The staff were a delight, and the entire place works around its guests amazingly, always subtly preparing things to make your experience as good as possible. You are free to enjoy the location (especially the private river beach and waterfall) in whatever way you wish, always within reach of swift service for whatever you need.

Kane Villas - Mountain Pine Ridge enjoys a location in San Ignacio, 12 miles from Barton Creek Cave and 15 miles from Actun Tunichil Muknal. It was so nice to have our own little villa in the rainforest. The area felt so secluded but also very clean and safe. We also had trails to a waterfall and cave towards the back of the property which was great for exploring when we didn’t feel like driving. The room was well stocked and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were really impressed by how well the screens kept the bugs out and we loved laying in the hammock in the screened in porch. It was a bit cold to swim in the pool but we liked heading there in the evenings to relax and enjoy the evening. It was also wonderful to use the grill by the pool and super easy.
