The owners were available when needed. The breakfast was unbelievably tasty; and they accommodated allergies.

We were greeted but the loveliest host, Jufer! Was so friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Made excellent dinner reservations and all with a smile and so polite. What an exceptional employee and fantastic ambassador for your hotel!

Beautiful property located right beside the castle. The room was really comfortable and had everything you needed. The staff are so lovely and really helpful. You can use the kitchen facilities which was great!

From arrival to departure everything was fantastic. Could not find any fault at all. The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. We arrived a little early and our room was ready. Everything in the room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, we haven't slept so well in a long time. We were able to have the sliding door on to the balcony open and just close the screen so the sound of the sea was beautiful.
