Quiet and relaxing. Kind and helpful staff. They have a restaurant allowing me to take dinner after a tiring hike. I like everything in this hotel.

Hostellerie du Pas de l'Ours is peacefully located in a stylish chalet in Crans Montana, in the Swiss Alps. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. It is so cute and reminds me of what I would expect a luxury log cabin to be like. However, the best part by far was the staff. They are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I have ever met!
