Its very well located in the middle of little Samedan, with walking distance from the train station and the main streets of the old city. Also appreciated how friendly everyone at the hotel was, specially to my parents who could speak no local language or English. The hotel has free parking, which is quite convenient. Lastly, the room we were in was simple but very comfortable, with enough space for us and the dog, good storage, spacious bathroom with amenities. In all, a good place to stay and explore the Engadin.

A really friendly and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was superb and the bar and restaurant for dinner were good. Breakfast available from 7 to 10 am. Location is perfect, not only a minute from the train station but also direct access to the Engadine bus service with direct links to the main cable cars and mountain lifts. I stayed 5 nights which gave me a free local pass for trains, buses and lifts. The view from the room was fantastic, overlooking mountains and the river down from the glacier.

The apartment is really wonderful. Reasonably modern and well maintained, with a central location in Scuol - a narrow set of steps leads directly to the main road in a few seconds, and right there is the Bogn Engiadina, and a Volg for groceries. The windows in the main living area provide an incredible panorama of the distinctive peaks of the Lower Engadin. Otherwise, the location is quiet, and the apartment had everything needed for a great trip (especially raclette and fondue equipment!).

It was the description of Bever on the local tourism site https://www.engadin.ch/en/bever/, which describes it as tranquil and surrounded by only nature that prompted me to stay. Historic Hotel Chesa Salis is an outstanding boutique hotel there with great food and lovely staff, but so close to a seriously impressive transport network and with access to high speed internet, my only regret is having to tell everyone else about this gem.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! The guest was kind to let us checkin earlier, the communication via chat was fast and easy. The apartment is very spacious, clean and beautiful. We felt like at home. The location couldn’t be any better, you are at x-country pistes in 1 min and there is a bus stop conveniently in front of the house. We stayed here for the Engadin ski marathon, and we already booked for next year too. It’s perfect!

Breakfast starts early (7 am) with a great buffet. The option to eat breakfast at Alp Languard is cool. Good food available for dinner. Bike storage and cleaning station very useful. Location of the hotel is great. The Engadin Card with public transports and cablecars was included. We never used the car to go anywhere and we payed 26.- instead of 105.- for all day bike tickets up to Piz Nair!

Nice weather, nice place, very kind staff always with smile, nicely renovated hotel on the main road of the Pontresina (without too many cars tho), yummy breakfast with variety of choices and nice swimming pool and fantastic wellness (sauna) free of charge. Plus you get Engadin summer card (for stay of 2 nights+) which provides you with free public transport and cablelines

Great breakfast, and functional rooms. The shared bathrooms are clean and functional (but it depends on who you are sharing with!) If you stay multiple days, you get a Engadin pass which gives you free public transportation, including mountain transport - it's a great value. The hotel is 3 minutes from the Sonne bus stop - so it's all very convenient.

Not much- we booked last minute for two nights as we wanted to extend our stay in the beautiful Engadin. The „panorama room“ was free at about 500 per night which was a decent price in Engadin. Location is a bit off from St. Moritz, but we were flexible with the car. The hotel is in tiny village and it‘s a monster of a building- literally.

Hotel Crusch Alba makes an ideal stop when travelling through the Engadine. Zernez is a sweet, picturesque town with many interesting murals. We enjoyed an evening walk around its environs. Hotel staff were friendly. Room a little small, but bathroom was good with a great shower. Excellent breakfast with local produce a feature and fine view.

The hotel is built into one of those old typical "Engadin" houses. You feel like being in a century earlier, with the wooden floors telling every move, heating or water lines crashing all quietness and small windows trying to enlighten your room kingdom. The hotel's crew is very welcoming and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was comfortable and spacious, and staff were friendly and helpful. The Engadin card with free access to cable cars and public transport was included in our stay, which offers great value! Location is near the centre, less than 5mins walk from a bus stop.

The location of the hotel and the included public transportation and cable car card for the entire Oberengadin. The parking (CHF 15/day), from which you can go directly to your room. You could squueze your own orange juice at breakfast and it had home made vitamin shots.

Engadin Lodge is one of the best properties I stayed during the years of my travelling around the Alps countries. I can not really think about any problem during my staying there. Everything is perfect. Maybe the price but honestly, is anything cheap in Switzerland ? :-)

Decently sized room with a sofa and a small table and a chair so we could eat a picnic dinner in the room. Hardwood floors, clean room. Location is good with a bus-stop right outside and a large Coop supermarket just up the street. A good base for a week in Engadin.

It's a lovely family run hotel, the owners are very welcoming and friendly. As I guest, I got a pass that allowed to use the public transport and the cable car, which was really nice. Bogn Engadin spa is a 5 minute walk away, which is very convenient too.

I decided to stay at Engadiner Boutique-Hotel GuardaVal because I knew this place from the past and I really like it. The Hotel is located very well and the building is connected with the Spa via "tunnel". The staff is always extremely helpful.

It’s is an amazing hotel- staff, rooms, fresh fruits , tea, coffee and amazing restaurant. Just as you call it SWISS HOSPITALITY AT ITS BEST. one of the best hotels in Engadin, with thermal baths included. Absolutely outstanding!

Typical Engadin building - nice wooden interior and traditional decoration. Well located too - quiet backstreet, but very close to the main Scuol resort area. Hosts were great, and plenty of food available for breakfast.
