Check in was smooth and the receptionists at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was small as was to be expected for a single room but modern (better looking thant the photos) and had everything I needed. Value was very good for Zermatt, even the breakfast was included.

The hotel staff (Manuel, Toufik, Leo, and Lucas) were so helpful for any inquiry I needed. They were so kind and friendly.And they added a beautiful flavor to my trip to Zermatt, especially Manuel and Toufik. I had a lot of beautiful and funny moments there. The room was so clean and cozy, and the view of the mountains and Matterhorn from the balcony was so beautiful that I won't forget it. I loved waking up to see it every morning. The breakfast was very good, and Isa was very kind and helpful. I had one of the best dinners cooked by Gaia. The food was so special and delicious. I had a very beautiful time, and I'm definitely coming back again.

It is conveniently located with the shuttle bus (free with ski day pass) taking you to all the gondolas for the ski slopes. The breakfast was good and the bar cosy. They have a free taxi service to take you to the train station. The spa is very complete with spa and Finnish and bio sauna and many more.

Room is very nice and good view unfortunately for me is when i stay not a good weather so I cannot get a good view. But if it clear I'm sure. Staff very nice to helpful us to go anywhere. Breakfast is very good very nice. If you choose some hotel at zermatt. This hotel is your choice. When I checkout staff tell me can leave luggage there. When I finish matterhorn and go down to station. I can call them and they will bring my luggage to station.

Cozy, great location, quality at all levels, from staff to the food and service! Warm, welcoming, plus we had a room with a spectacular view, the restaurant as well, the direct access to the ski room was a plus! Best staff ever. They really went out of their way to make my stay special and were brimming with genuine warmth - every single person I interacted with. I had a constant smile on my face and that is particularly due to the incredible staff. Both in Tradition Julen and Hotel Alpenhof (which has a spa you cannot miss out on). The location is close to the town center and there is a shuttle to/from the train station + sister hotel. The restaurant is phenomenal as well as the breakfast. So many little details that made this a truly unique experience like offering me a discount and a drink voucher when I extended my stay, giving tips about getting around the mountain, and somehow always finding chocolate in my room (sometimes even hand-delivered). What an absolute delight, and an experience I will hold onto for a long time.

Excellent location, true 5 star property with very helpful and friendly staff that went out of their way to address any issue especially COVid related. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The room was beautiful, well designed and planned. Loved the fact that there was a balcony (ideal if you want to relax and chill) but we couldn't get a view of the Matterhorn from there. The breakfast was good as well, but thee need to be more people there for service. e.g. we had dinner the same night we checked in and it took us a while to catch someone's eye - since there were literally 2 people there! Location wise, it is fine, cause we chose the hotel because it wasn't a long walk from the station.

The best hotel i have ever been in. The staff is very nice, the spa is amazing, outside jaccuzy with the view is a dream, a few saunas, towels and water as many as you need, so quiet and beutiful. the room big and beautiful, the view from the terrace is amazing. Even the sleepers are the most cozy i saw in hotels. Breakfast and Dinner are really good. The waitresses uniform is lovely. They think about every little detail, when we left they gave us a box of chocolate!
