One of the best customer experiences I ever had, STEFAN is the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES. He was amazing since check in. He was very professional in welcoming and went out of his way to help me with parking my van because I thought it will not fit in the garage but Stefan was amazing he went out with me to the garage to make sure that the van fits. Another case where Stefan was amazing was when I ordered food and couldn't find the driver. Honestly, he deserves to be the Hotel manager not only the reception.

Located in Stein am Rhein, Hotel Rheingerbe has a terrace, restaurant, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. The owners were fantastic here, we arrived on a cold day and they straight away sat us down and gave us a hot coffee to warm up. Everyone during our stay were so nice. Really friendly place with an amazing location and view.

Centrally located in Stein am Rhein, Hotel Rheinfels is housed in a historic building from the 14th century and features a restaurant with a large terrace facing the river. Charming, traditional building, which is in the heart of Stein am Rhein, and also within walking distance of the railway station (under 10 minutes). The room was very clean with a lovely view over the river, the heating was efficient and the bed was comfortable. There was a fridge and also a hair dryer. The breakfast was good, and the staff were kind and helpful.

Great Filling Royal Stomach Friendly Dinner 🥘 and Good Breakfast…. all this was too Good for the Price. Nice unique Garden. They gave us a cute little Table Fan on request.

Super, super nice staff, can't hope for anything better. The hotel itself is 'oldschool cool' in the right way. So if you like sleek, bright business hotels? Not for you. If you like good old hospitality, and almost historic rooms? GO FOR IT. actually just booked a room for mid July again. Lovely might be the right word for this hotel. All the little touches, like fruit in the room, and a chocolate at check out? perfect hospitality

Hotel Hohberg "Next to BBC Arena" is located in a residential area on the edge of a forest, 2.5 mi from the center of Schaffhausen and 3.7 mi from the Rhine Falls. We were a group of 9, elderly in wheelchair, adults and children. The personnel at the hotel were very kind, and made our short stay very comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant. Everything was delicious! Breakfast was included, so we also enjoyed it the next morning. The beds were very comfortable.

Large, comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet with many homemade bread and jams, fresh eggs, good coffee. Good bicycle storage, excellent dedicated bike path between Stein am Rhein and Ramsen. Lovely, relaxing village.
