The front desk, Andy and a woman whose name I don't know, were very helpful. I will recommend the hotel to future visitors to Zug. I have stayed at the park many times; prefer the Ochsen.

El personal del hotel fue muy atento y muy amable, facilitando mi estadía. El hotel estaba muy limpio y me sentí muy cómodo en todo momento. Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación principal de Zug.

El City Garden Hotel está situado junto a un parque, a poca distancia a pie de los barrios comerciales y a solo 3 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Zug. The room was incredible: clean and large, and the service was excellent.
