The staff was very friendly and forthcoming, making it an ideal location for families. There is plenty of room to hang out and play and the food is delicious. Birgit, the owner, went out of her way to make our stay as perfect as possible. It is very tastefully decorated and yet extremely cozy.

This traditional hotel in the village of Silbach, just outside Winterberg, is 700 metres from Silbach Train Station and offers free Wi-Fi throughout the building. The hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from eco-friendly breakfast options to a restaurant offering fresh, local ingredients, a delightful selection of wines, and local craft beer. The entire place is crafted with a true love for what they do, and you can feel it in every aspect. There’s also a pristine pool with warm water and a Finnish sauna for ultimate relaxation. Hope we return again :)

This 4-star hotel in Winterberg offers a large spa area, free Wi-Fi and 2 restaurants. It is 500 m from the ski bus stop and 300 m from the cross-country ski trails. First day we had taken and Apartment and for the second day a double room in Resort. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Indoor swimming pool was also very well maintained. The staff at the reception and in the Restaurant were highly courteous. Overall, really liked the property.
