Staff very attentive, , with a nice breakfast- catered for my gluten free needs. lovely sun terrace. Be warned Santa Cruse is very hilly, parking is a lottery so if hiring a car select a small one. There is on street parking all around the old town.

Situated in Fuencaliente de la Palma, 2.2 km from Zamora Chica Beach, Esencia de La Palma by Princess - Adults Only features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a... I liked the remote setting overlooking the wild coastline. The landscaping and planting of the grounds is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa. Food choice was fine and staff were gracious. It was nice that it was off peak and that it was not crowded at all.
