Location is superb! Less than 2 minutes walk from Hakaniemi metro station & close to many convenience stores & restaurants. The room is clean & I love the nice fragrance. The Folks Hotel Konepaja features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Helsinki. The hotel was close to public transportation, so it was easy to get around. The room was comfortable, very clean, and huge, especially for a solo traveler (or at least compared to what I'm used to in Japan). I ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant on the first morning I arrived because it was before other shops in the area opened. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The staff were the best part by far, though. 10s across the board. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful but one staff in particular went above and beyond to help me (gave perfect directions, helped me download the transport app and tickets, googled things for me, etc.). Would definitely recommend to others or consider staying here again in the future.
