Fantastic Hosts, Exceptionally Helpful from start to finish. Beautiful clean and spotless property located centrally in the New Forest. Equipped with every think that you need while away from home. A lovely welcome package in the kitchen was a fantastic surprise on our arrival and greatly appreciated. Apartment was welcoming and comfortable with parking for 1 car at the rear. Lovely hotel in an excellent location. We had been looking at this hotel online, and on speaking to friends they said they stayed at this hotel and would recommend it. This recommendation confirmed our decision to book this hotel. The hotel was clean and our room was very comfortable. Food was excellent, and could not be faulted. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel allowed us to walk into Burley and gave us direct access on to the New Forest. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great. Close to where and what we needed. Looks lovely at night and the view was nice across the new forest. Woke up to horses in the fields. Room very clean and bathroom very clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the tree and lobby area felt super Xmassy. Hotel bar good atmosphere. Didn’t have much contact with staff, so can’t really comment. A lot of tea and coffee and a small Tea pot was a nice addition. For a small basic room the view was really nice.

This was our second visit to the Crown Manor House Hotel. It is located conveniently for both the new forest and the coast and is a comfortable hotel. It is a classic hotel with lots of old world charm and history. The staff are all friendly and well presented giving a feeling of real service. The room was large by most standards and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and well presented as was the bathroom which had a good shower and bath.

Hotel was perfectly located for my Son and I to do a long walk in the New Forest - Lyndhurst to Brockenhurst and back. It is obvious the hotel needs a little bit of TLC but that shouldn't take away from the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We had a friendly welcome and staff were courteous thought-out. Our bedroom was comfortable.

The Hotel is set in the perfect location and sits in its on well manicured grounds The Room was immaculate and very comfortable The restaurants are excellent with a good choice of food The Staff are very attentive and welcoming We have stayed at several Hotels within the New Forest but have know found our favourite we will definitely return

Perfect location for exploring the New Forest. Hotel was lovely and very welcoming, very fresh smell around the hotel. Room was very well thought out, with lovely little touches, chocolate, pillow spray, coffee machine & Dyson hairdryer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome.

A great little B&B Hotel perfectly located in the heart of Brockenhurst. Everything about our stay was wonderful, including the staff, the accommodation, the breakfast and the named car parking bays. If we’re ever in the New Forest again it would be an absolute pleasure to return. We would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, well located for exploring New Forest. Good spa facilities and treatments and option to book a swimming lane. Three restaurants to chose from. Room was spacious and comfortable. Continental breakfast included with large choice, a la carte and cooked breakfast abailable at reasonable premium.

Excellent Country House Hotel, with extremely helpful, pleasant, and courteous staff. The provision of the thoughtful extra touches provided make for a really nice experience. The location of this hotel and the surrounding New Forest area is especially captivating. Only wished we could have stayed longer.

Great weekend in the Oak Tree Rooms. Location is perfect for everybody who wants to explore the New Forest. Just as a reminder it is a guest house not a hotel but you have plenty of options in walking distance in Brockenhurst to get breakfast! I would definitely recommend it to come back to.

The boutique room exceeded our expectations, the isolated rooms with own entrance and super high vaulted ceiling and the decor made us feel in our own house rather than a hotel room. The pub serves excellent food and Brockenhurst is perfectly located to explore New Forest.

A lovely clean apartment, perfect size for 2 adults & 2 children. There was even a travel cot for our youngest daughter. The location is great with less than 5 minute walk to Tesco & a lovely coffee shop near by. Great place to stay whilst exploring the new forest.

The house is beautiful and extremely well presented with bags of character. The setting is amazing and the perfect place to explore the New Forest. The bedrooms are gorgeous and it was like being in a luxurious hotel but with an amazing shared space downstairs and garden.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a 5 minute walk into the centre of Lyndhurst in the New Forest with shops and restaurants. Hotel is peaceful and parking is easy on the street outside. Room was immaculate. Would certainly stay again.

Location was lovely, with beautiful views of the new forest and wild ponies. Hotel bar & the drift restaurant really lovely & good food. Lovely warm and welcoming hotel, especially with it being decorated for Christmas.

Burley Manor is a lovely old manor house turned hotel. The location and outlook is fantastic for exploring the New Forest and south coast.
