We absolutely loved the apartment!!!! the decoration exceeded our expectations, and the location was the best!: very safe and close to many bars, restaurants and important attractions of Budapest. The host was very kind from the beginning of our booking until the end of our experience, and she also explained everything perfectly, with many details, we didn't have any problem with the parking or the building, the bed was very comfortable, we'll recommend this place to our friends and of course we want to come back soon!!! :D

Our one bedroom apartment was lovely. Much bigger than we needed, but it was really nice to have space to spread out after many days travelling and spending nights in other small rooms along the way. The kitchenette, although small, was adequate for our needs. The hotel was a short walk to the bus stop, where you could catch the bus into Budapest Centre. The 8E bus ran regularly, so you never had to wait for more than 15-20 minutes for journey to and from the centre. There was free parking onsite.

Location close to the Oktagon ensured that we were close to attractions and public transport. Well apportioned apartament, comfortable and attractive. Did not use kitchen for cooking so cannot rate it. Good sized fridge and plenty of delph. Host responded to emails and apologised for prerequested items that were missing. Host plans to investigate the source of the reported bad smell in the apartment. Lovely high ceilings in the apartament. Nice area to stay in when visiting Budapest.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. Attila is a fantastic host: very friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. He provided a printed guide filled with useful tips and great local recommendations for exploring Budapest. We also really appreciated the underground parking spot, which made things so convenient. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment on Király Street was the perfect base for exploring Budapest. It’s within walking distance of top attractions like St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Opera House, and Andrássy Avenue. The nearby Gozsdu Courtyard offers plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafés, perfect for experiencing the city’s vibrant atmosphere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was friendly and gave helpful local tips. I’d definitely stay here again!

Lajos is an excellent host, we have arrived very late in the night at 2am and since there is a self check-in there was no problem. The apartment was very clean and centrally located with good connections. There is a fully equipped kitchen, we had clean towels, enough toilet rolls. There is an Aldi and Lidl 3min walk. The neighbours and the building was very quiet. We 100% recommend this listing to everyone who comes to Budapest - we have had a good time 😊

The location is very good. Bars, restaurants all close. very short walk to the river & some great historical places. we stayed 4 days and seen almost all Budapest & walk everywhere. Hotel is very clean & rooms nice. Staff very friendly! We were able to leave our suitcases in reception area the last day so we could enjoy the last day free of bags. Would highly recommend this place to stay if you want to discover Budapest

Amazing comfortable apartment with all the facilities one might need. We enjoyed spending time in the cozy living room and the sofa easily converts into a comfortable bed. The kitchen is very well equipped with cutlery, crockery and appliances. The hosts are friendly and were always available for information. Thank you for welcoming us and contributing to our wonderful experience in Budapest.

The apartment is as in the pictures: clean and bright. If someone comes for work to the Budapest this is a nice choice because it is also calm! I booked it at the last minute and I was not disappointed. It is a nice place -near to my work meetings- and with transportation to go to every point of Buda and Pest ! The hosts reply quickly to my reservation request and during my stay.

I always stay here when I visit friends and family in Hungary. Location is perfect for public transport, shopping centre is 5 minutes walk. Staff are always nice and friendly. Breakfast has good variety of foods. Rooms are clean and not worn off. I love their environment cautious approach towards cleaning. Beds are super comfy. What else you need for a nice trip to Budapest? ☺️

This is an apartment hotel in a busy neighborhood in Budapest. I love this kind of hotel but some people might not. The room was large enough and was comfortable with nice bathrooms. There's a common area on the 2nd floor you can use to hang out in (quietly). The location was in an interesting neighborhood - you'll get a taste of what it might be to live in Budapest.

Excellent location, within a block of the Budapest tram, and a few blocks from Lidl supermarket and restaurants and bakeries. Modern layout, up-to-date appliances, spacious. Nothing showed of excessive wear, in fact, it felt like we were in brand new housing. Even the dishes and cutlery is of excellent quality. Good security for the building and for the apartment.

Excellent location. We walked everywhere! There are cafes and restaurants near by. Just short walk away from Danube river. Clean, charming and beautifully decorated apartment with everything you need. Tom is super fast and clear with communication. He greeted us when we arrived. There's lift in the building. I would definitely book it again when I am in Budapest.

We were a little late, but the manager waited for us, gave us instructions and gave us the keys. Unfortunately, there was a force majeure with the plumbing in our apartment, but we were moved to another apartment very quickly. Great location, comfortable bed on the second floor, everything we needed in the kitchen. We fell in love with Budapest. Thank you!

The hotel and room were very clean and quiet. The location was very central and convenient. Zsoldt at reception was very friendly and helpful giving a nice introduction to Budapest when we arrived. He also arranged airport transportation for 0400 am and made sandwiches for us the night before for our trip- so thoughtful. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Key collection was good as per instructions. Garage entrance was quite small, but all other properties at this street had the same door size. Distance from M1 metro was perfect - just 150 meters and then 3 stops to historic city center. Very good value for money we paid and free parking was a big plus as parking in all Budapest center is not easy.

The location was great for traveling around Budapest, central with respect to the local public transportation (bus, tran and metro). Most places of interest are just within half hour public transport. Big fridge, dishwasher and working kitchen (including cutlery and crockery); everything you'll need in a studio apartment.

The boat hotel giving another experience from normal hotel. The view is facing Margaret Island and able to see the city view. The room was spacious and sufficient power point. City parking available near the hotel. Basic breakfast was good. They provide luggage storage. Near to the Budapest attraction.

First of all receptionist lady was so nice and sweet) Room was clean and cozy, WiFi is faster than in other EU hotels, location is perfect for walking around the city centre and close to famous places of Budapest, Next time we will definitely stay again in this hotel, thank you!

The location is incredible, so close to the main attractions. The bed itself was really comfortable and the room was like I expected. I can say that this hostel is the perfect choice for people who want to visit Budapest and wants to sleep well but still save money.
