They were very professional and understanding when I needed to postpone my stay due to health reasons. All went well, they made sure I have no problems with reservation and allowed no extra charges. We decided to come back every winter. They also offer a diverse and rich breakfast & dinner. Hotel is located walking distance from mystic Heviz thermal lake, there are also cute shopping streets and a great gallery with many beautiful paintings from local artists.

This hotel features a spa area and a garden with a pool, the Batthyány Kastélyszálló is located west of Heviz and Lake Balaton. It features on-site tennis court, a playground and a restaurant. This was our third visit at the hotel and we liked it very much, every time. The staff is very polite, kind and helpful. Our food allergies were also served well, we were asked if they could prepare any dish of our desire. Though we were there quite off-season, there were more than enough options for dinner which was and always has been delicious. Clear recommendation!

We liked everything about the hotel. Our room was big, comfortable and very nicely refurbished (althought the building is obviously quite old, the room was modern and quite stylish). All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was also good - always sufficent choice, regularly replenished. The place was quiet alhough it is basically right in the centre of the city. We would certainly recommed this hotel and in case we happen to travel to Zalaegerzeg again, we will definitely stay here.

Great location with the surrounding environmet, beautiful atmosphere and really great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was very clean, stylish, and the apartments are huge! On my second stay, I also got a sauna on the balcony. So very well equipped. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. When I will visit Zala again, I will definately come back to Zala Springs!

I didn't read the instructions for self chack-in very closely so was a little bit confused about the exact location of the place. The hosts were very responsive by message and also on the phone and helped me with everything. They even sent suggestions what to do in the town during my stay. There were also complimentary drinks and snacks left for me in the apartment.
