Situato a Manāli, a 10 km da Hidimba Devi Temple, The Himalayan Vilo Resort - A Riverside Resort, Manali prevede un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una terrazza e un ristorante. Resort was good, but I had to pay early check-in charges since we arrived early in the morning. Also I booked the resort for. 3 days and had to check out from the resort in two day and manager was calling for checkout at 11:00 AM today and provided only half hour to pack my Luggage and asked to vacate the room immediately which made a chaos and was inconvenient for me and my child. Ultimately, we kept our luggage in the reception room for the whole day since our next bus was in the evening. Our luggage and bags were unsafe and there was no cleaning done in my room. The resort's hotel applied unnecessary service charges of Rs. 120/- even food was not available as per the menu card.

The highlight was undoubtedly the large size glass windows that offered a mesmerizing view of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the stay comfortable. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or reception, everything was handled with professionalism and a warm smile. The in-house restaurant offered a great selection of delicious food.... Snow Valley Heights is nothing short of excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and offered a high standard of service. The food was great and good value for money. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.

The lovely employee there let us into the lobby, got us a heater and made us hot tea. Then the manager arrived, checked us in very quickly (compared to other places in India that can be exhausting with this process) and gave us our rooms at 7 am even though check-in was supposed to be at 12 noon. The employee helped us carry the heavy bags to the rooms, and when I tried to give him a tip he refused with a smile. The rooms were great, spacious, clean, stunning view, great shower with hot water. And the beds were comfortable and cozy, and the rooms had a radiator that warmed us up at night. And a bonus - there is a ping pong table downstairs that we really enjoyed playing on.
