Everything. Staff are very professional. Easy check in/out. Breakfast are really good . They tailor my stay to my needs even helping me with t.v channels . I love the balcony and all the views from various windows . Exceeded expectations when they brought complimentary coffee one day, delicious pizza another and a cold bottle of water for the road when I left. Refrigerator in room and excellent working a/c are definitely appreciated. Good hygiene. Above all, I feel safe

The breakfast buffet is limited, which is good because what was provided tastes amazing esp. the south indian dishes. I have stayed at numerous hotels in India, including some that like to market themselves as luxury brands, but none of these hotels can compare to the boutique experience delivered by a CHG Earth hotel.

Sijainti on hyvin rauhallinen, mutta sopivan kävelymatkan päässä muun muassa rannasta ja ravintoloista, myöskään keskusta ja asemat eivät ole kaukana.

The pool area was fantastic, location great, right near the centre of Pondy and all the facilities. Staff were very courteous, polite and helpful. They allowed me to check in early, kept my bags safe for me upon check out, and gave me a number for a taxi service to Chennai. Also, one of the best (if slightly pricier, but worth it) laundry services I had in 3 months of travel. Love this place. Definitely coming back if I ever pass through Pondicherry!

From the outside, it looked barren. But, the rooms were comfy. Courteous staff. But, we did not get the buggy a couple of times - all drivers were at lunch or something. Other than that pretty courteous staff. Checking in and out was not complicated. Rooms had all the amenities I had anticipated for. Was not a big fan of the food there. (But, the Bfast options were good.) So, we ate out in Pondicherry. But, the room service was good. They made a mistake in our 1st lunch order But, were honest enough to accept the mistake and quickly rectified it for us. bonus points for that. Not all the attractions were operational there - Under renovation. But, we had a good time there and the drive back and forth to Pondi. Once all amenities are operational, will surely want to go back and experience them.
