A great place as our last stop in westfjords! There's a N1 gas pump, a free air pump with tire pressure gauge, and a free high pressure washer to clean your car! Just PERFECT after a few days driving on westfjords dirt roads. Nice staff. Nice breakfast. Nice room and comfy beddings. Wifi signal not very good but still useable maybe too many people there.

Set on Flatey Island in the Breidafjördur Bay, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Baldur Ferry Terminal that departs from Stykkishólmur. Flatey Island is one of those places you visit once in a lifetime, if you're lucky. We had the opportunity to visit and we're not dissappointed. The only hotel on the island has a beautiful old world charm to it and the decorating is fitting- as you feel somewhat you are back in time many decades. Upon arriving to the Island hotel staff will greet you to give you directions or even a ride to the hotel (it is about a 10-15 min walk from where the ferry docks). The hallways and rooms are nicely decorated and upkept. The staff called us earlier the same day before our arrival to confirm the number in our party and to be sure they could accommodate our needs. They were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We enjoyed a nice dinner in the restaurant and the included breakfast the next morning exceeded our expectations.

Probably the nicest guesthouse/hostel I have ever stayed in. Nice atmosphere, very clean and nice rooms. Nothing to complain at all!

Ez a 2013 júniusában nyitott szálloda Patreksfjordur halászfalu partján? Izland Vestfirðir területén található. The Hotel is located at the edge of the water. Our dinner was fantastic and the rooms we very comfortable with great views! I would absolutely recommend this Hotel to everyone!
