We only spent one night, but everything went smoothly from the check-in to the check-out. The location is great, as it is close to the lake Orta and city center. The place is quiet, thus the proximity to the railways. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Air conditioning was also great after a hot day. Dog friendly owner which was for us a big plus Communication with Mrs. Tamara was easy and fast. Great value for money, lower rates compared to other available properties in the area.

Everything here is beautifully designed - the apartment was excellent, the views spectacular and the relaxation areas by the lake are ideal. As a family, we were delighted to make use of the facilities (including paddle boards and canoe) to make full use of Lake Orta, which was great for swimming. It’s perfectly located for daily trips into the lovely town of San Guilio. Staff are so welcoming, friendly and attentive. This was a perfect stay and we feel lucky to have found this place.

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. Andrea and his kind mother welcomed us warmly and took the time to explain everything about the apartment in detail. Perfectly located in the heart of the old town, the apartment has everything you might need. Lake Orta and Isola San Giulio are simply magical—stunningly beautiful without feeling overly touristy—and Andrea’s apartment reflects the same charm. It truly felt like a home away from home. Definitely recommend it!

The location was perfect; an easy 5 minute walk to the lake front from the apartment. There was a place to park to unload and another place at the top of the hill to leave the car but plenty of space on the lake front. There was a large terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Orta. The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious. Marco was friendly, available when required and really helpful. This was our 2nd visit to Blue Lake and we will definitely be back!

There was a very warm welcome from Roberto on the front desk. We were shown to a lovely large room with balconies offering great views across lake Orta to the lightly snow-covered Monterosa mountains. A great shower and double air cond units which - due to the late season chilliness - we didn't need. We dined in the hotel's restaurant and had great service and food. There were quite a few diners in that evening which added a friendly ambience.

The location of Hotel Bocciolo is wonderful - overlooking, but also elevated above Lake Orta. Breakfast was perfect, and we could sit outside and admire the view. Our room was private with a rear patio that, had we had more time, could have been great to use. Parking was perfect. We were able to walk down to the edge of Lake Orta within 3-4 minutes, and the view is incredible!! The staff were incredibly helpful.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, modern apartment with free parking (reservation needed) in an excellent location. We were warmly welcomed by Alda who spoke excellent English and provided useful tips and information. We loved Omegna and driving around the beautiful Lake Orta. Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient for exploring Maggiore and the surrounding area.

This apartment has the most beautiful view looking out over Lake Orta and is so well located in the square. It was comfy, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We couldn’t believe how good the value for money was! Stefano our host was so helpful before and during our stay, going above and beyond to share recommendations and advice for our stay (including a great wakeboarding place!).

Beautiful view of Lake Orta and Omegna! Ivan has thought of every detail in the apartment including the use of two bikes which was a bonus. There are three apartments next to one another but the screening and separate access makes the apartment private. The private beach was in a different location, quite a distance away. Ivan was very courteous and gave us suggestions for local restaurants.

The apartment is on the third floor of an historic building overlooking Piazza Motta and lake Orta. There are all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay and plenty of space. The bed was the most comfortable I'd slept in in a month of traveling. Stefano welcomed us and provided all the information we needed. Great having under cover parking nearby.

This hotel is breathtakingly beautiful! Feels like you're staying in your very own private castle. Stunning architecture, lavish rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, superb views of Lake Orta, convenient but secluded location, a world-class restaurant, delicious breakfast and faultless service from the staff!

Great location for exploring Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. The staff - from the dining room staff to the front desk staff - were extremely friendly and helpful. Must compliment both Joseph and Alessandra for helping to make this stay a very positive experience.

Our host was amazing, helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean, fresh, comfortable, well presented, had everything we needed. Location was perfect as a very close walk to Lake Orta, cafes, mini market, restaurants etc. Totally recommend. Loved our stay.

Great hotel in the middle of the city centre. Nice view on lake Orta, and all restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk. Room was clean and big enough, bathroom also nice

Fabulous new apartment with everything you could need. We were looked after so well by Alda. Nothing was too much trouble. Great spot at top of Lake Orta with great places to visit within 30 minutes.

Lovely old hotel on Lake Orta. Central location in old San Giulio square. Nice breakfast included. Sarah was so kind and helpful. She is an exceptional manager.

It was close to Lake Orta and had parking which can be a problem in Italy. The small restaurant opposite was good and the staff very helpful.

The location is excellent with the best view of Lake Orta. Beautiful apartment with great kitchen. Very friendly owners.
