For the price of the stay, Toyoko Inn was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel was pretty good too, a station or approx 15 mins walk from the main Omiya station, and just right beside the Saitama station that will bring you back to Tokyo. Came for a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and the hotel is right in front of the arena. Breakfast service was not a wide spread, but was delicious with good variety daily. Will definitely look for Toyoko Inn again next time I’m back in Japan.

Fantastic hotel and really good value for money. I liked the comfortable bed and pillows, the attentive and welcoming staff and the varied breakfast - I loved that they use non-sugar yogurt and offer lots of vegetables, this was made my choice easier. I was really surprised by how good this hotel was. Also, the location was perfect - I needed to be in a conference at the nearby Saitama arena and it was walking distance to it and also to lots of restaurants and shops in the nearby area.

This was actually my second time staying at the hotel, I enjoyed it so much the first time I decided to come back and it was just as good as I remembered. Very conveniently located for people who plan to visit Tokyo and Saitama, only 15 minutes from Ikebukero. The staff speak English and Japanese and there are many convenient amenities nearby, such as the train station, Starbucks, a nice bakery and some restaurants. I really enjoyed my time here.

We stayed at the hotel to attend to a concert in Saitama Super Arena; it was about 15 min train ride or 20 min walk one-way. The hotel was beautiful with gold accents. We loved the high quality amenities available at the hotel (i.e., spa, shower head, hot water pot, etc.). The hotel was spacious and the mattress was soft in comparison to other hotels in Tokyo. We would stay here again if we were going to another concert in the future.
