This apartment is immaculate, it definitely has the wow factor. It is beautifully decorated with all of the facilities and equipment being high quality. Our stay included breakfast and a shuttle to the airport. Our breakfast was prepared by a lovely lady in our apartment, with a beautiful selection of Moroccan breakfast food. The communication from the owner was excellent. This apartment is not close to the centre but is very close to the airport, less then 10 minutes away. So is perfect if you have an early flight like we did.

Our room was clean, the beds comfortable the bed linen snowy white. Our bathroom was clean. Breakfast was delicious and it included Berber breads, fresh orange juice, croissants and eggs and good coffee. One morning we had some porridge which was also good. We loved the view from the rooftop. Our room was on the 5th floor and had a balcony. There was a fridge in our room which was useful for cooling water. We liked the location of the hotel, just 15 minutes walk from the centre of town. And near the bus station.

I booked this apartment for a 2 night stay before a tour. The apartment did not look like the pictures on the site, it was smaller and the terrace overlooked other buildings out the back. The apartment was acceptable, clean, check in was easy, the kitchen was very basic. I ate out at a nearby restaurant which was lovely. The area is very central, easy to walk to the centre of town, a great supermarket nearby. A hotel would have been a better option for me for only 2 nights, but it was fine for what I paid.

I arrived early in the morning and the hotel provided early check-in, that was extremely important after the long night flight and as I had less than 24 hours before next flight. The hotel personal are so nice and friendly, I liked they responded to every request, shuttle bus to/from the airport is also very comfortable, the room was perfect-big, clean, everything was new, and the heater worked well (as it is sometimes cold in Morocco in winter). I liked the restaurant as well and the spa centre.

The restaurant joined to it was easy to use and the staff were very nice. Even though I thought I stood out like a sore thumb as a UK national the staff and the locals around the area were just very normal and got on about their own business. Safe area well built up town centre and the beach was minutes walk. Parking all around the hotel too. Breakfast was nice and I loved the Moroccan tea (atay) not all hotels can get it spot on. These guys did. The room with sea view was so nice on the 4th floor.

A very large ground-floor appartmenwith courtyard, just a few hundred meters from the beach and 10 min. walk to the centre. At a few hundred meter there is a hotel wheren you can have very good breakfast for less than 5EUR. We were happy to stay in the appartment, instead of in the village where noisy quad bikes run until 2AM. The appartment is clean and the owner super friendly. He showed us around some caves close by, brought tea and did anything to help when one of us got ill.

This hotel is located very close (walking distance) to the Casa Voyeurs Station (big station in Casablanca). It's located in a big shopping centre with a big supermarket. The location is convenient and too far from the center. Taxis are in front of the mall/hotel. The price is convenient. The rooms are spacious. It's a little bit older but the bed was okay, the shower was good and the staff was super nice. The breakfast was okay, not special, but good enough.

The Hotel is situated in the city centre. Very quite and peaceful environment. The Al-Medina market is directly opposite the hotel, just few meters away. The Marina mall is less than 10 minutes walk from Novotel Hotel. And there are many restaurants both Moroccan traditional and others. The city is calm, peaceful and the weather was very cold which was good for me.

Location was great next to Casa port Station. Room was good size for Ibis. Very clean. Staff were super lovely and welcoming on reception. Hotel chambermaid was very sweet. Big shopping centre 10 minutes walk, Hassan 2 mosque 25 mins. Can get bus 5 to both or Morocco mall. Shower was very powerful I liked this as felt very clean after.

The hotel is very clean, nice staff, and very nice area, I really like it. For Americans and other nationalities I recommend it to everyone. Nice view from outside, you can see the twin centre from the window, stores and restaurants, subways, buses and taxis, everything is very close. I booked by booking.com. Nice experience .

I was concerned at first that the hotel was located within the Portuguese Centre, but this made it even more charming. The staff were lovely, the breakfast and dinner were excellent - I would recommend the fish! Our room was simple but adequate and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice room in flatshare close to the seaside and the main mosque. Linked well with public transport to the city centre. Mattress was good, area is quiet and one could sleep well. Standard of the apartment is nice. Owner is friendly and welcoming. Good communication.

Asma is the best hotel manager I’ve ever met. She is very professional and helpful, she took care of everything, I needed. Taxi to and from exhibition centre, excellent breakfast with msemem, wonderful moroccan tea.

We got apartment instead of a room, which was nice. Simple apartment but spacious. Very beautiful roof terrace where we also had nice breakfast. Little bit far from centre, but just a minor concern.

This hotel was close to the city centre and the tram was accessible. I was given a free upgrade to a room with a king-size bed. The staff was courteous. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Very comfortable, modern hotel in mid-town Casablanca, away from the traffic craziness yet only 10 mins by car from the city centre. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast.

A nice hotel in the centre of things in Casablanca. Handy for restaurants and shops etc. Relatively easy to find. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was nice, airy and large.

Excellent high quality and large hotel room near the centre of Casa, and around the corner from some restaurants, take aways and local supermarket. Highly recommended

The hotel location is in centre , the room clean and comfortable , the staf very nice and freindly , the breakfast not bad and not good . The satay was vwry good
