The hotel is in a great location! In walking distance to shops, restaurants and the markets and located right in the historic center The woman at check in (I don't remember her name) was so lovely and helpful! The hotel itself is very nice. Our room was so comfortable with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. Breakfast was very nice. Great coffee, fruit, toast and natural juice we friendly staff. It was so nice that we decided to stay an extra night!

The decor, staff and attention to details. Beautifully decorated room, complimentary monogram slippers, magnifying/lighted make up mirror, toiletries etc. The staff turned our sheets every night and left goodies for us (chocolate plate on our first night, fruit candy and pillow spray the following night). Daily coffee , teas and cookies in the lobby in the morning and lemon/orange infused water in the afternoon. There is an Asian restaurant adjacent to the hotel with delicious food and a cafe directly across the street.

The hotel looks better in person than it does in photos. Its beautiful and quaint. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The staff were my favorite part. Edgar, Ana, and Lupita all deserve a raise. They were all so helpful, accommodating, and so fun to have around. They made our stay comfortable especially Edgar who went above and beyond at every step of the way.
