Hotel Xcaret Arte - All Parks All Fun Inclusive - Adults Only sijaitsee Playa del Carmenissa 8,8 km:n päässä Playa del Carmenin lauttaterminaalilta. This hotel was awesome. Food and drinks were good, staff was great, parks and workshops were fun, room was big, clean and comfortable. Everyday you received a Mexican treat enclosed in a small weave basket to take home - in addition to your stocked out mini bar and snack tray. You also get to keep the reusable water bottles and beach bag in your room. The communication between me and the hotel via email before arrival was excellent. I was able to reserve activities, airport shuttle, and restaurants prior to my stay. You need a reservation for the restaurant Tah-Xido but it was worth it. I also enjoyed the other restaurants Mercedes de San Juan, Cayuco, and Arenal. The wet bar at the pool was nice and a lot of sitting areas. I recommend this hotel.

Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa, en Xcaret features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and restaurant in Playa del Carmen. The room was beautifully designed, had all the necessities including a kitchenette and the hotel had hammocks and a pool. On top of that, the monkeys that visited the hotel grounds daily were the highlight of the stay! We could feed them on the ground floor as well as in our own balcony. The hotel was half an hour away from Xel-Ha park and is also extremely close to Xcaret parks Xplor and Xenses.

We loved having a dedicated “guia” taking care of us; Itza was super professional and friendly. She would help us having our kids food pre-ordered and ready for them at diner time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Casa de la Playa Xcaret Hotel, and it exceeded perfection in every aspect. The view of the Caribbean Sea and the hotel’s signature swimming pool visible directly from the hotel room were breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel facilities are incredibly private, not only functioning excellently but also featuring impressive aesthetic details. The staff provided exceptional service as 24-hour butlers, always courteous and professional. The hotel offers exclusive transportation, allowing guests to fully enjoy everything Xcaret has to offer. Additionally, there is an impressive variety of high-quality restaurants to experience. Although the price is somewhat high, it is worth every penny.

I LOVED staying here, we were there for a week and the highlight of each day was the breakfast. We weren’t sure whether to include the breakfast or not but we are SO glad we did. Everything was so delicious. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pools open late.
