Como tudo na ilha, a hospedagem é bem simples, é necessário caminhar muitas subidas e descidas, e a elevada altitude do Lago Titicaca torna as caminhadas mais extenuantes. Leve o mínimo para a ilha. Há um chuveiro quente fora dos quartos, mas na ilha faz muito frio (agosto) então é mais confortável tomar banho durante o dia.

Celso y Sérgio nos ayudarán con nuestras malas cuando llegamos. La comida estaba muy buena, el espacio era sosegado e confortable. Nos enseñaran sobre la cultura de la isla y hemos comprado algunas cosas de las mujeres. Resumindo, la experiência fue muy buena y recomendamos la estadía con esta familia.

I absolutely loved ,my stay with Richar, Lucrezia and their daughter Isabel. They made me feel so at home. I loved my very clean room with a spectacular view of the lake from a few windows! Also there is a balcony to hang out and lake/star gaze. IT is incredibly peaceful there. The food was delicious, home made and very healthy. I loved eating with the family. My spanish is not very good but I was able to communicate well with them and Richar taught me some important Quechua words and I learned a lot about their community. Richar also showed me around his garden and he explained what crops he is growing. I met his chickens, guinea pigs and sheep. Their daughter was a fantastic guide and took me to the beach and we walked up Apu Pachamama together which was very special. It was a very memorable experience and I will definitely come back! One thing is that the village is on the other side of the Island from where you come in by boat. I rode on the back of a motorcycle for 20 minutes to get there! It was a thrill and a beautiful way to see more of the island!
