Fitzcarrald Hotel is offering accommodation in Iquitos. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. Simply the best! The location is awesome - 4 minute walk to restaurants and plaza de armas, yet away from the city noise. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with nice AC. Breakfast which was prepared by the owner of the hotel was superb. Awesome place!

The area is beautiful, the staff is experienced, friendly, knowledgeable of the jungle, the animals and insects, accommodating of your interests and needs. The food is prepared beautifully, though the chicken is much better than the beef. The daily trips through the jungle, on the river, bird watching, fishing, visits to local villages, dolphin watching, stargazing were ALL fantastic and made the trip, well worth the inconveniences.

They genuinely are happy to help. The hotel is very clean, safe, breakfast included and centrally located just 3 blocks from main square. Rooms are very spacious, queen bed and most importantly with AC. Pharmacies and the supermarket Portales are just 1 block away. They are very flexible with the bookings and, in my case, due to a flight delayed, they allowed us to change the dates of the booking in a very attentive way.
