The breakfast was delicious; the place was very cosy and spotlessly clean, and the staff was welcoming and happy to help with all our queries. Friendly and helpful Staff. Nice clean and freshly smell room. Free parking in front of the place was not crowded and easy to park. Breakfast correct, nothing special :)

The hotel is very clean and tidy. I enjoyed breakfast very much and the wellness area as well (pool, hot tub, and sauna).

The 4-star Hotel Kryształ Conference & Spa is located in Szklarska Poręba, 600 metres from the Szrenica Chairlift. It offers bright rooms with air conditioning and an LCD TV with satellite channels. It is an amazing & dog-friendly hotel. With spacious room & bathroom with an acces to great spa area. We would like to come back there.
