Our room was on the ground floor, with a veranda and a superb view of the yacht mole and Pico. The area is quiet and safe. The room was serviced every day and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was good - fresh fruit and juice, cornflakes, yoghourt, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs and fresh rolls, a griller to toast your cheese and ham roll. There were tea infusions and many ways of making an excellent cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful..

Very stylish appartment, looks pretty new. Everything (and more) what is needed for a pleasant stay. There was some chocolate, fruits, water, wine and two beers for us. Not far to walk to shops and restaurants.

It is super clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. There are two nice balconies, parking place, good Wi-Fi connection. We enjoyed a very well equipped kitchen with a possibility to prepare meals and washing machine after hiking. Highly recommend and would be great to come back one day!

The location is very good with respect to all Govt. Offices, Local Transport, Taxies, Rent A Car, fuel Station, Sea Transport, Bicycle Stands, ATM Machines, Supper Markets, All kind of Shops for Shopping, Cafeterias, Restaurants, Parks, Beach, & Tourists Attractions. All these things are under the radius of 100 to 200 Meters or Maximum 300 Meters. The airport is 10 KM Away which is not much Far. It's Cool & Calm Area with Cool & Calm Accommodation with all necessary facilities. I simply recommend you due to its reasonable prices against all above mentioned. I will preferably book it again & again whenever I go to Horta.

We appreciated the warm welcome and easy check in, with keyless building and room access. The rooms look out over the harbor, and the hotel could not be in a nicer spot. Free parking was plentiful, and there is a lot behind the hotel as well. Nereida is perfect for self catering. You have a kitchenette in the room, plus a fully equipped kitchen in the common room. So you can cook a bigger meal in there if you want. It is also close to several good restaurants and a market. We would recommend it to anyone for sure.

She was very helpful with organizing transport to the Caldeira. She also offers to do laundry for free, which I found very nice. The house is on the hill, offering a nice view on Pico and surrounded by a well-kept garden. The walk from the harbour to the house is a bit steep. I considered it to be a nice workout but for some people it may be easier to reach with a car.
