The 4-star Octant Furnas is located in São Miguel Island, in Vale das Furnas, site of the largest concentration of thermal waters in Europe. Everything was great. The pool/host spring and sauna were way better than expected. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the view from room. I will definitely go back!

Beautiful and relaxing stay in the Azores. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and super clean, and included cot bed for our toddler. Onsite facilities were good including kid room. Restaurant food was good quality and well presented, both for dinner and breakfast. Bar was really nice and service excellent. Heated pool in the banana house was great! My partner used the spa and was very impressed with the massage she received. Also able to take the bus into Ponta Delgada, bus stop only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Quick journey and very cheap cost.

It is an absolutely magical place. Incredibly paceful, so cozy and beautiful. The views are out of this world, even if the weather is not that good. But above all we were extremely surprised by the staff. The staff has been unlike anything we've ever seen. Thank you again for such an amazing time.

The breakfast, room and shared kitchen were great and all staff were so friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for things to do or booking activities. A highlight was that the outdoor pool had just recently (1 week before) been upgraded and is now heated to 30C, so we enjoyed that very much!
