Very spacious and comfortable hotel. Closed to the town centre, it was very handy to visit nearby parks and go out in the evening to a restaurant. Next to the hotel there is a very good play area for children, so it's perfect for families with little ones. The room was spacious, clean and airy. We had breakfast every day and it was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Everyone from the hotel was very friendly, and ready to help us with any questions. We are going to stay at the same hotel for future visits and definitely will recommend it to anyone!

The breakfast was delicious, great coffee. The exterior wonderful with porch, grass area, picnic tables, one in a little covered area. Flowers! Best of all, the family running it were the best…. Very welcoming, helpful, interesting & fun to be around. Highly recommend!❤️

Professional and friendly staff, always careful to make sure that the guests feel comfortable. Spacious room, well equipped. Excellent (and cheap) food served in a cosy garden-like restaurant, with a playground available to keep the kids busy (and their parents relaxed 😉) All in all, highly recommended for a stay in Călărași or simply to get a good meal in a nice ambient. PS: I've noticed that the restaurant is a good place to host large events such as birthday parties, weddings etc.

Super chambre avec mezzanine, bâtiment d’une architecture surprenante, très belle, avec beaucoup de bois. Personnel charmant.

Situé à 1,5 km d'Olteniţa, le Motel Alexander propose un service de prêt de vélos et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. 10/10 – Would move in if they let me! Wow – what a stay! The room was spotless (like, could-eat-off-the-floor clean… though we didn’t test that). The location? Chef’s kiss! Right in the heart of everything – we barely needed Google Maps. The service was incredible – everyone was so helpful and kind, I started wondering if they secretly knew us from somewhere. They even smiled before coffee, which should be an Olympic sport! We had an amazing time both at the hotel and exploring the city. Honestly, we left feeling rested, happy, and already planning our next visit. Huge thanks to the whole team – you guys made us feel like VIPs… or at least VHPs (Very Happy People)!
