Breakfast was excellent. Lovingly prepared and served by the owners with homemade bread and Swedish ostkacka. The owners are excellent hosts. The rooms are quiet, spacious and nicely furnished. There is even a living room and small cooking facilities, dishes and a refrigerator (for common use of the rooms in the annex). Everything including the bathroom is new and absolutely clean. The outdoor area is very spacious, with lots of seating and just beautiful, the lake is right next door. Children are welcome and have plenty of space.

Dating back to 1881, this family-owned hotel is located in central Västervik, right next to Västervik Train Station. It offers individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. This is one of the absolute best hotels I've ever stayed at. Wonderfully decorated rooms, great and tasty breakfast with lots of ecological choices, home made products and so on. Also, the staff is always truly service minded and I also like that I get the possibility of hiring a bike.

Housed in an old harbour warehouse, the Clarion Collection Hotel Packhuset boasts spectacular views of the Kalmar Sound and the Öland Bridge. We had a wonderful time at Clarion Collection Hotel Packhuset. The room was clean and large and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the presence of a rich buffet for breakfast and dinner, as well as coffee with cake every afternoon. We also profited from the gym and the sauna, which are available for guests.
