She helped me to extend my visa at immigration, provided required paper and picked up my passport from immigration office since there were a heavy rain and I cold not leave a hotel . I definitely come back to this hotel when I am on island next time .

We’ve stayed a couple of times in Koh Phagnan and this place is absolutely our favorite. It’s a new (small) resort, in a very good location. The French owners are absolutely delightful and the included breakfast is delicious. The bungalows are cosy and a touch of European design which is great (they have soft lights for example, which is rare in Thailand :)). The bed is big and the mattress is perfect. We will definitely return. Thank you Cyrill and Karine!

The staff are very helpful and extremely kind. I would highly recommend this place for a stay. If we come to Koh Phangan we will definitely be staying here again. Only less than 10 mins from the “walking street”. When checking out two people dropped us off at the pier out of kindness. Really good and genuine people working there, would highly recommend.
