It was my second time stay at this place and I left happy again. The cleanliness is the thing I like most here because it's something hard to find. Staff is so friendly and kind, place is small but it's how it should be for "pansiyon". Overall this is my fav place to stay in Heybeliada

I especially loved the balcony with forest views and the wild birds 😅 Lovely kind lady made loads tea for me that lasted half a day at a big heat proof kettle and treated to Fantastic cakes she made!!! I am so really grateful. I felt comforted and looked after. Kind people and the place is really clean. Location is really convenient as for the beach. One beach is more expensive but really worth it, especially when a short stay!! I was able to agree a cheaper price at that beach as I had my breakfast, and dinner there. I hope to return soon again especially I left something important there and they kindly agreed to keep it for me. I am delighted with the overall experience. Really comfortable seats furniture

Nizam Butik Otel Büyükada presenta un giardino, una terrazza, un ristorante e un bar a Büyükada. Tutto! Dal proprietario, accogliente e simpatico, ti considera di famiglia e ti tratta come tale. Ci ha accolto, curato, aiutato in tutti i modi possibili: all’inizio ci ha fatto scegliere quale stanza ci piaceva di più, ci ha offerto subito due limonate e per tutto il nostro soggiorno caffè, tè e limonate ci si o state offerte ad ogni ora! La colazione, inclusa, era pantagruelica e buonissima, cucinata sul momento. Ciliegina sulla torta, ci ha segnalato le spiagge più belle e per quella libera (a 200 mt in un parco naturale, ingresso 1€) ci ha anche prestato le sedie da campeggio da usare! Ci tornerei domani. Consigliatissimo a tutti, struttura pulita, letto comodissimo e clima incantevole.

Perfect situation for walking through the Ancient Red Pine Forest, seeing Whoopoes, picking herbs, swimming two minutes away in the clearest water you could imagine (cold now but will be warm). If you want you can walk up the hill and through the forest into town, smell the herbs and watch the butterflies. And there are no cars on this island apart from police cars which drive very slowly. Hele is also a great host.

It was an exctllent appartment in a quiet street close to forest roads for those who like to stroll about hills, forests and seashore. Lovely spacious rooms with a breathtaking view to the sea. A good wi-fi, kitchen whith more than everything you need. Easy way down to the harbour. The host was very kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect about our stay in this hotel. It’s very cozy with great style and service. The staff prepared a sauna specially for us in advance, the breakfast was amazing with the spectacular view over the sea, the jacuzzi on the balcony was magnificent as well. We would love stay here for more than one night and we didn’t want to leave. 10 out of 10!

Very kind and attentive staff, clean rooms, all equipment works perfectly. Breakfast really exceeded our expectations - it includes fresh vegetables, different kinds of sweets and pastries, eggs, bread. Very well-made. Place is a bit far from the town - which is perfect if you are looking for a quiet environment.
