Such a beautifully designed hotel. The staff were so warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the hotel is the perfect size--small enough to feel quiet & intimate but big enough for a stroll. We spent 8 hours one day on the secluded beach. The meal portions were generous, and we loved the entertainment! I also had a great massage at the spa at very affordable rate. I would 100% recommend Zanzibella if you're looking for a truly relaxing experience vs. a party.

The owner, Loay, is incredibly hospitable and always available on WhatsApp to attend to any needs including your meal order, excursion plans etc. (I have yet to see this service at another resort). Rufina, the friendly and attentive waitress, made every meal enjoyable. Unlike other resorts, this one has fewer hawkers, allowing for a more relaxed experience. It’s the perfect spot for relaxation, with a personal touch that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Rauhallinen kohde, missä ainoa häiritsevä tekijä on ärsyttävän sitkeät rantakaupustelijat/retkien tyrkyttäjät. Poikkeuksena Masait, jotka olivat hyvin ystävällisiä ja uskoivat kerrasta jos ei kiinnostanut... Kannattaa mennä 100m rannalta sisäänpäin, kylään käymään, niin näkee heti hieman aidompaa Sansibaria!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are huge and it feels like home. Beautifully located on the beach and what makes this hotel so special is the presence of the manager and the amazing staff! We have rarely felt as comfortable as we do here and we have never experienced such an attentive and present manager and we have stayed in many luxury hotels. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and eager. Our flight was postponed to very late, the Manager Tuan Thasleem Juhara knew that we had to do our checkout the next day and offered us a free late checkout including dinner! We were able to stay in our room until late, enjoy our last day to the fullest at the beach, watch the last sunset, have a shower in our room and enjoyed our last dinner with no rush and then checed out. Simply fantastic and so generous! From the staff at the reception, in the restaurant, bars, gardeners, room cleaners to the manager they are all great and go the extramile! Thank you all for doing such a great job and making us fall in love with you! You really miss these people when you leave this place! Hakuna Matata!

From what I've seen this is one of the best hotels on the island. The beach is with white sand, and the guards are keeping away the "merchants". The food was very good, and the whole hotel complex is absolutely not crowded.

We , a Swiss couple stayed just recently for a week in Tui Blue Bahari ! . We were very pleased that all the pictures shown on the booking website truly reflect the reality ! The beach resort is so spacious with lots of well kept greeneries and flowers around the place. Rooms are cleaned daily and upon returning to our room, we frequently found our newly made bed, decorated with flowers. The food and the service in the different restaurants are excellent ! We do not forget the whole giant swordfish which was sliced into pieces in front of our eyes and put onto the grill. A sentimental moment was the queue of singing waiters as well as the Cook, singing Happy Birthday on the very day of my birthday! Unlike in other hotels , the management here mingles among the guests, talked to them and is truly interested in hearing positive as well as negative feedbacks. Doing some jogging along the beach, I saw some other all-inclusive hotels , yet this convinced us that our choice was the perfect one ! This is really a very nice place to stay for a great holiday !! We surely recommend this Tue Blue Bahari Resort Hotel to our families and friends !! And we will surely come back here !

Special thank you to Mr. Jabili at the desk and all the staff. We arrived around 9am, the staff welcomed us for a drink, we were able to have breakfast instead of the last day (breakfast was included in our room) which was highly appreciated after a long trip. We were able to check in early and the room was just beyond our imagination: it was perfect overlooking the ocean. It was perfect for the sunsets too. Additionally, the staff welcomed us also with a bottle of prosecco which tasted great. During the stay, staff were very nice. We also took a spa and at times it felt as there were 4 hands working on my back. She was good. Swimming pool, direct access to the beach was wonderful. It is not noisy, yet you have everything at walking distance.. Simply the best hotel on the beach in zanzibar.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I was offered late checkout and could use the hotel facilities before my late flight - it made my stay very enjoyable and easy!

We went for our honeymoon and the whole experience was amazing. The staff were excellent, really great. Our bed was decorated to welcome us to our honeymoon when we arrived which was a lovely touch. the cottages are lovely, the outside shower is great and way more powerful than i was expecting. And you're literally a minute and a half away from the ocean - when the tide was in in the morning I'd just get out of bed and straight into the ocean for a sunrise swim - it was amazing.
