Super clean, very comfortable beds/pillows & great location! The ease of check-in is unsurpassed! The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave and they allow furry/pawed family members as well! We've stayed at many 'economical' motels/hotels in and around the Pittsfield/Lenox/Lee area and the unanimous concensus of my family is that Heart of the Berkshires motel is *unquestionably* the best of its kind within the same class. We plan to return every year when visiting the berkshires!

The whole hotel was very nice and our room was especially great. It was so spacious, even the bathroom, which was well appointed and conveniently set up. We ate at Jae's on our second night and the food was great. It was especially nice not to have to leave the hotel for dinner as the weather was cold and rainy that evening. I would love to stay here again to check out even more of the Berkshires on another trip!

Welcoming staff, great location just off the main streets in Lenox. This is a beautifully maintained and elegant old inn of character. Bedroom space was generous (king bedroom) and there were nice touches like continuous coffee, apple cider and snacks in the breakfast room beside reception. The area was brimming with Fall colour. Lenox is a great starting point for touring this part of the Berkshires.

This is my fourth stay at the property. The location is perfect for exploring the Berkshires. The lakefront rooms are wonderful and well-appointed. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Breakfast is a very nice continental with great coffee! Great value any time of the year. Excellent restaurant onsite with Indian cuisine.

This is the third time I have stayed at this resort. It has become our favorite place to stay in the Berkshires. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, and the price is better than most hotels (when you add in the cost of eating most of your meals in restaurants).

The East Rock Inn was exactly what I was searching for in the Berkshires. Clean and new, amazing location, responsive staff - I can’t say enough good things about this gem of a hotel! I will definitely be telling all my friends about it and am planning my next trip for the summer!

Small, older, independent motor court located conveniently on the main thoroughfare through the Berkshires, within walking distance of a Burger King and just across the highway from a shopping center and grocery store. Rooms are generally comfortable, decor is quite pleasant.

33 Main was not only extremely comfortable and sylishly appointed, but also well positioned for any exploration of the Berkshires in general. The breakfast at the hotel itself was fantastic, and Lenox boasts several excellent restaurants that we enjoyed in the evenings.

Location was perfect for concert at Tanglewood, and I would definitely come back to this area to visit again and explore the Berkshires. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The person who greeted us at the front desk was very welcoming.

This is our go-to hotel in the Berkshires! We have enjoyed many stays here. The saltwater pool is very nice. It's always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Great location for the Berkshires and esp. downtown Great Barrington. Apparently it's a favorite for Appalachian Trail hikers. Clean comfortable room.

We expected to stay at this hotel in the Berkshires; it was the right price and the right location. It did not work out (see below).

The unit was spacious and comfortable. It jad a nice kitchenette. We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer.

Good location, great facilities, place is well taken care of. Excellent housekeeping. The pool was warm and clean. Good place for a long stay.

The Inn was lovely. Room was very quaint and comfortable. The location was beautiful and close to both Lee and Lenox town centers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the wine and coffee in the room was just the perfect touch. I loved everything about this place.

All the staff there are super friendly. Because I checked-in late (6PM), they also offered me a complementary 12 PM check-out the next day (1 hr later than the normal 11 AM checkout). The property is clean and well-maintained. The common area gives me a cozy feeling. We had some great chatter sitting near the fireplace with a couple of drinks. The room we booked (Ramble) has a daybed and a window you can look out too. I believe in spring or summer the view will be much greener (we visited in early Feb). The bedding is super comfy. The mattress is not too soft to make you feel you are sinking into it, which I really like.
