Studio in a very conveniently located complex with ocean view just steps from the sea. It neighbours a marketplace so you can get coffee, snacks or restaurant food or drinks at Lava in a few steps, supermarket very close. Nice territory by the ocean with walking/bike trail passing along. We even saw monk seal at neighbouring hotel. Area is also convenient for visiting other parts of the island. Very attentive owners. Overall perfect base for Kauai where you can feel the different, much more relaxed, vibe of the island

Very pretty property, pools, hot tubs, Rooms are clean with a nice little deck. We ate at the lounge which had a great local band playing. The restaurant looked interesting, but like most restaurants in kauai, expensive. Everything worked well for us, not sure it has a real kid friendly vibe at the restaurants or inside the main hotel. But they liked the pools for sure. Great location to kick off or end your trip close to the airport if you have an early or late flight, 10 minute drive.

The location of Plantation Hale was perfect for a vacation on Kauai - just 15 mins north of the airport and about halfway from either the north or south end of the island. The beach was just across the street and through a field, close by and easy to get to. The property had several pools and hot tubs. The apartment was well stocked with dishes, silverware, and cookware. The bathroom had ample towels and Soapbox shampoo, conditioner and body wash - awesome addition.

Hotel Coral Reef exceeded my expectations. I went for my birthday/Valentines Day and it was the perfect getaway for me and my partner. They provided free bike rentals, chairs for the beach, and beach towels, all of which made enjoying the island that much easier. The staff was extremely kind and hospitable, even providing home-made banana bread in the mornings (which was phenomenal!) I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kauai.

The apartment was absolutely delightful. No exaggeration, the best place we had ever been. Super spacious, well equipped, clean, with all the facilities you could need! The resort is beautiful, is well taken care of. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They even had beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas...) to borrow for the day. If I ever go back to Kauai, I will for sure stay there again! I would have stayed forever if I could!

My family needed a place to stay near the airport for one night prior to checking into a rental house for the week. Kauai Palms is an old-Hawaii style hotel that is located very conveniently. The kitchenette allowed us to fix some food and try to get on island time. They offer the BEST coffee in the morning!! We enjoyed sitting outside our rooms and even got to know the neighbors.

The location was great! The room was great! The price was great (for Kauai). Really recommend it, especially for people that will be out and about during the days (it’s not a resort hotel so whilst the facilities are very good there are no bars, activities (other than morning yoga) on-site. But the room was large, had a balcony with great views, a coffee maker and a small fridge!

Beautiful property with fabulous pond and garden literally right outside our bedroom- koi carp, dragonflies, birds and so many lizards. We loved it. Fresh fruit provided, plenty of coffee etc and good little kitchen where we could make pasta. Easy parking, lovely host and great area for seeing Kauai. Sooo much nicer than staying in a resort hotel, would highly recommend.

Less busy side of Kauai, great food options within walking distance, cheap room pricing for Kauai, rooms are spacious and nice, rooms use a code so no key card is needed and you can't get locked out, overlooks a beautiful back yard with the ocean just in sight, friendly and understanding staff, we were the only people in the hotel for like 3 days.

location. We spent our vacation driving around the whole island to see sights and hike. This was a good central location. We had a fantastic time as there is a lot to see and do on Kauai. The room we had was basic, nothing special. Since the breakfast was not included, we purchased food at a grocery store and ate in our room.

Apartment has everything you need - kitchen was fully equipped even there were dishwasher pods, trash bags etc. Even more than we expected. Also the Kauai-an chocolates and cookies were a pleasant surprise. The property of Kiahuna Plantation is so beautiful and green, close to the beach.

Especially the wonderful island of Kauai! Very large apartment with almost complete equipment (unfortunately no clothes horse). Great location. The condo is surrounded by beautiful nature. Free-range chickens woke us up every morning ;) There were even towels for the beach.

We had a great say at Kauai Shores! Good location, welcoming staff and lovely views. Free yoga in the morning, bikes you can rent, small gift shop and a great restaurant with live music in the afternoon and at night.

Civic group state meeting. Kapaa, Kauai Island, Hawaii, Room A118. This hotel was available for the overnight layover prior to the start of our state meeting. The price was reasonable and the facilities were awesome.

location was excellent. we were at the point we could get to the airport in just a few minutes or go in any direction to visit all the wonderful things Kauai has to offer.

well-located, well-maintained condo with barbecue and two swimming pools. Many books on Kauai available in the apartment and a parking space available.

The location is excellent - Poipu is a great Kauai location. The Hilton Vacation Club is very close to the best of Poipu. The rooms are spacious.
