I was trying to get as close to my moms house as possible. I didn’t really research if it had a pool, arcade and rec room so when we saw it it was a great surprise! My 6 year old son was very happy. It was clean and very cozy!

Great staff, quaint and quiet location. loved the fireplace and the breakfast was a bonus. Close to the ski fields, lake and beach. We wish we stayed longer!

New London Cottage with Grill, Lake and Beach Access is located in New London, just 4.1 miles from Lake Sunapee Golf Course and 29 miles from Dartmouth College. Pictures do not do it justice. Beautifully decorated and all the extras for our comfort. Beds were incredible!!

Brook Road Inn features air-conditioned accommodations in Goshen. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are accessible at the vacation home free of charge. The vacation home has private entrance. Very quaint Inn with lots of nice touches. Full kitchen was great. Check in was easy with door code and keys on wall. Location great for skiing at Sunapee. Decorations were tasteful and beautifully coordinated. Main sitting area was comfortable with a gas fireplace. I stayed in the Moss Creek room and it was excellent. Everything was brand new. Bed was comfortable. Shower was perfect. Everything was very clean. Heat kept the room cozy and regulated well. (Has individual room control) It is a self-service inn with no front desk but that is common these days and works out just fine. I had a couple of questions and Kayla the owner called me back right away, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable and happy. Would highly recommend and would return!
