The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were good. Service was friendly and efficient, location was great, near the centre without it being noisy. Parking was at the back and secure. There was very good communication with the hotel before we arrived and it was easy to find.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Magnolia Hotel in Jacksonville! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the amazing staff, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and cozy, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The area is just as charming, with a lovely town atmosphere, full of beautiful streets, and close to the city center. It’s only a short walk to Main Street, where you'll find delightful cafes, restaurants, and local shops. The facilities at the hotel are top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning—plenty of options and fresh. Everything about our stay was fantastic, and we can’t recommend Magnolia Hotel enough for anyone visiting Jacksonville.
