Outstanding Hotel from start to finish, a lovely warm welcome. The room was massive!! spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Lovely kitchen fridge/microwave and Walmart just behind the Hotel. Fantastic location near restaurants, The town of North Conway is beautiful. Also an Outlet Mall very close. A great base for The White Mountains! Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and friendly a real "family" feel about the place, the staff seemed so proud of their workplace!!

I remembered the DIY breakfast waffles from a trip many years ago. What a treat! However, the best thing about this hotel is its excellent location in the White Mountains. I drove to the Franconia Ridge trailhead car park in a few minutes, for a superb walk. There is an excellent pizza and pasta restaurant almost opposite (don't be put off by the fierce lady who runs it) and there are other restaurants just a short drive away.

The location is also nice - in the heart of the national park White Mountains. There are different nature trails and entertainment nearby. We were living in a house for 2 families (with separate entrances). The house is well-made. It wasn't too noisy from the highway inside the house, so the windows provide decent noise isolation. This was an excellent hotel in the White Mountains. Very helpful staff, nice porch with deck chairs overlooking Mt. Washington. Nice room with comfy bed and jaccuzi. Staff will bring tea in the evening. Large garden where deer roam. Delicious breakfasts and dinners are served in the restaurant. Complementary prosecco at arrival. I heartily recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, room is very spacious, quiet and clean. The Hotel is located right on the main road in North Conway which makes it a perfect base for exploring the White Mountains area. There is a big parking lot outside. The hotel is very well suited for families as well.

Swiss Chalet is my goto place in the White Mountains for hiking trips. Especially on low-traffic nights like mid-week or off-season, it is price competitive with the Coho Hostel. But the room is much better than a bunk in a hostel.
