It's very close to Addo Elephant Park and Amakhala Game Reserve. The view from the bedroom is amazing and it was our best accommodation during our Garden Road trip. There is a restaurant in the property so very convenient to eat in the evening. The place is calm, very romantic and we could so zebras inside the property!

We had a great time at the Safari Lodge. Food was great, staff was super friendly and always helpful, wonderful reserve and awesome ranger. Highly recommend it!

Thanks to Kristin and Thando for the wonderful drives and excellent hosting. Thanks to Timothy for considering the special occassion and providing us with complimentary Champagne and the personal letter. It was really touching. Excellent game viewing

Gorgeous tented camp set in a lush area, lovely main building with excellent meals served by friendly, attentive staff, tents set off individually for privacy, each with a sweeping view of the preserve. Our guide, Lenny, was very experienced and we learned much about the many animals we saw - lion, cheetah, elephant, rhino, giraffe, many kinds of antelope, warthog, more! We did 6 3 -hour drives; suggest booking enough time to do at least 4-6.

What can I say .. the accommodation was great, lodge staff were wonderful - caring, professional and friendly and catered to our needs. I've stayed at other lodges in South Africa but this stay was more relaxed, it felt more like a family stay. We met some other guests we now keep in touch with. Our guide Roan was the best, passionate and very knowledgeble and able to answer all questions and find animals and plants we wanted to see. And of course the wildlife and fantastic setting of Amarkhala were the icing on the cake!

Situato a 8 km dalla Riserva di Caccia Shamwari, il Camp Acacia offre sistemazioni con bar, un salone in comune e una cucina in comune. From start to finish we adored our stay in Camp Acacia. Edwin was fantastic and watching the game on the drive in and out was like a mini safari! We had the most wonderful, peaceful and enjoyable stay there. It’s a slice of heaven.
