We came here to celebrate our 5 yr anniversary. The staff was simply amazing! We had a slight inconvenience that was not the fault of the staff but they fixed it beyond our expectations! If we ever had a problem at other resorts, we would have to hassle them, but they were the ones consistently following up, which I truly appreciated. Inger is honestly the best! The staff felt like family. They would know your drink of choice as well as your name. Oh and I can't forget Javaughn, the grill master/chef! He was amazing/welcoming and in his words cooked everything "with seasoning and love". And the great smile/service from Attesha & Ti-shawn daily was the perfect touch. There was another AMAZING gentleman with braids, but I didnt catch his name, he even offer to help us take our anniversary pics. The resort also provided nice entertainment every night, live bands, singers, etc. It was very nice/romantic while you enjoy your dinner. The menu changed daily along with the specials (always get the soup of the day, trust me). I also loved that they provided OFF cause I didnt really get bit my entire stay. Housekeeping does an exceptional job too! And Oh yes, the beach is absolutely beautiful and spacious!!! You are able to do jet-skiing, boat rides, and hikes as well. Overall, we had a nice experience.

Located on Carlisle Bay, Carlisle Bay features a private beach, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre with personal training and a spa. The property has a tropical garden and offers free Wi-Fi.

Carlisle Bay’s air-conditioned rooms offer garden or ocean view and a balcony or terrace. They have private bathrooms with shower, toilet, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The rooms feature a minibar and a safety deposit box.

Accommodation was excellent with great views on the bay. Staff were fantastic, helpful but not in your way. Lovely restaurants and good water sport facilities without "noisy" kit such as jet ski's, so very calm and relaxing with great service. Nice mix of age groups. All inclusive worked really well and seemed to make sense, both on the money side and just relaxing into your holiday.

This beachfront resort is located in the secluded Hermitage Bay. Set in 16 acres of tropical gardens, it offers a Spa with massage, an outdoor pool and a gym.

The detached suites and cottages at Hermitage Bay All Inclusive are spacious and elegantly decorated. They offer sea or garden views and the hillside suites include a private plunge pool. All feature flat-screen TV, iPod docking station and a minibar.

So after reading so many reviews I was so excited, I fed up with a really mixed experience: so I’m between a 7 and 8 and this should have been a 10! First of all the great stuff: Room - we had the hillside pool suite, just wow, I’ve stayed in 1000’s hotel and def in top 5 rooms stayed in! The beach bar is lovely and staff amazing, cocktails are lush. Some of the staff are a 10/10 - our lady who did room turndown was a ten, and lady who went through stuff with us. And guys who delivered food to room Breakfast in morning to room was awesome and the lady on that morning was amazing.

We had a blast on our honeymoon! Our luggage did not make it the first day, but the staff and everyone at the resort quickly stepped up and offered us anything we needed. The food options are delicious and the drinks are so tasty. Since the resort is smaller we were able to meet so many nice couples throughout the weekend! I would highly recommend Cocobay for a honeymoon or couples trip!

The main area of the resort was good. However, there is no air conditioning so it was uncomfortable on humid days.

beautiful property, lovely cabana style set up. The staff were wonderful. Whilst it was all inclusive it was done in a high end manner - with a la carte options for each meal.

We absolutely loved Cocobay. It has a real ‘island life’ feel to the resort, it’s like relaxed luxury which was perfect for us. All staff are friendly and welcoming the food just kept on coming and the cocktails were delicious! We stayed for 5 nights which was just about right and for everything you get (food, drink, pool, gym, yoga etc.) the value for money is very good. Can’t wait to come back!

Great food but we didn’t think a surcharge on certain dishes was necessary as the all inclusive price should have covered all menu choices. Disappointed not to have had a grilled lobster offered during our week! Bedrooms en-suite in our superior room was very good .. but the water in our plunge pool as too cold to get in as it was never warned by the sun! Maybe installing solar panels to warm these would be good? Plenty of hot water in the showers excellent 👏🏻

Excellent resort overlooking the sea. Very friendly and attentive staff. We stayed at 3 places on the island and this was by far our favourite. Amazing rooms with a plunge pool and then two other communal infinity pools. Great food and service too!
