Joustavuus toiveidemme täyttämiseksi aikaisesta saapumisesta ja lisäpäivästä onnistuivat erinomaisesti. Kylpyläkortit olivat todella hieno juttu. Sijainti lähellä linja-auto- ja junapysäkkiä, kauppaa, kylpylää ja Kaprunin keskustaa ja hissiasemaa tekivät omasta autosta tarpeettoman.

Excellent family-run hotel. Very well designed, very clean and comfortable. Many sitting areas, both indoor and outdoor, for any weather. Very good service and staff. We had a city-view room, which is great! Big free parking for hotel guests just next to the hotel and a bus stop in front.
