The apartment is exelent. It’s spacious, very well designed and has everything one might need while vacationing. It’s well equipped with appliances, has two very powerful heaters (which is very important in the cold Bansko winters), a nice comfortable bed, hudge flat screen TVs… And most importantly, it’s located in a quiet area of Bansko but is also a short walk from the gondola and lots of restaurants. The owner was extremely friendly, hospitable and was very quick to respond to any question we had. The spa is extremely nice but you have to pay (since you arent a guest of the hotel, rather a guest in one of the private apartments). Also there is on site parking for extra charge. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend it.

this is a great apartment.the apartments have air conditioning and a coffee machine, in the summer I will definitely return here for vacation. it was wonderful. the apartments are super.

The manager was extremely helpful. Initially We got house without the bbq, but he did everything he could to change the house . Very friendly too. Quiet place

Great option in Ivan Rilski apartment complex; studio with all amenities for a short/medium stay, underground parking, full access to all hotel SPA facilities. Easy keys pick-up and drop-off at the reception. Kept in touch with the host and was very helpful.

Location is literally ski-to-door, very close to the gondola. The apartment is warm, cosy and has everything you need.

Nice and large apartment with 2 big balconies and amazing view to mountains. The host was very amable and assisted us during our stay.

We had excellent experience. The location and the apartment it self is perfect. You will have everything you need in it. Stefka and Ivan are awesome hosts, our baby had some health issue and they went above and beyond to help us. They called the best pediatrician in Bansko and set up an appointment for us. I don't think that many host will do that for you. Thank you guys for that we won't forget it. Definitely we recommend this apartment.

Magnificent apartments, comfortable, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of both adults and children! The kitchen has everything you would like at home, a dishwasher! Magnificent spacious shower room, new with a washing machine! Modern salon with a comfortable fold-out corner sofa, huge glass table! Very convenient and the closest entrance to the hotel! Beautiful view from the window! Huge balcony!

The staff was friendly and professional. We had a house with an amazing view, everything was clean and they accommodated our 2 dogs as well. We also had a great time in the spa and wellness center. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse and the quality was amazing.
