The accommodation fully met my needs. No luxury, but enough comfort and privacy to spend the night, even in a shared bedroom.

    - Very friendly Staff - Breakfast is pretty decent! 5 items with a lot of available options to choose from - Bed was comfortable - Location is awesome Honestly, everything you need as long as you’re not expecting luxury. What you see in the pictures is what you get, but for the value, it’s a good pick. It was everything I needed on my budget!

Customer service top notch and Luxury room was amazing. I have stayed at various 5 star hotels in Toronto and to date this was the best overall experience. And the room had great CN tower view - Just loved it

Separate bedrooms, each with a TV. The kitchenette was fantastic- a large fridge AND freezer is a nice luxury! Our room was at the end of the hall, which meant we had lots of large, floor-to-ceiling windows and extra space in the kitchen area. It was very nice and comfortable!

The location and size of room were the real luxury aspects of our stay. The room was very cool - New York loft style with a huge bed and a bath. All clean and plenty of cosmetics in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and polite. We didn't hang out at the bar, but it had a young, cool vibe :)

Looking up at the CN tower from the balcony, feels like the ultimate Toronto experience. The appartement is close to everything. Checking in went very smoothly thanks to accurate and clear instructions from the host. Free parking isn't a luxury in downtown Toronto. The washer and dryer were much better than the one's we have at home. Didn't use the kitchen, but seemed well stocked.

Gorgeous hotel, right in the middle of the entertainment district about a 12 minute walk from Ripley's and across the street from Union Station. No parking outside but drop off and lots of parking lots near by (paid $30 a night parking but no in out privileges). Pool was well kept and beautiful and the rooms are as they say they are. Double luxury room wasn't that much better than a normal it seemed. Beds are doubles, rooms a bit small but worked for our needs to sleep 3 adults.
