The location was amazing. Near both to Train and Bus stations. The room was clean and comfortable. It really gives the luxury vibe without paying a fortune. Sure it is a bit small but if you got the 6th floor room, I think you can agree that the price is nothing compared to that view.
Location is excellent with staff being very polite and attentive to ones needs . Excellent communication . My son dropped my credit card in cafe lobby and I was immediately contacted by concierge that the card was found Good value compared to nearby luxury competitors . Cafe and Restaurant are a up to standards for a luxury hotel. Most discerning guests should be happy with hotel .
It was a one night stay and we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The food, drinks and overall feeling was understated luxury.
The staff were excellent - efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The reception manager was exceptional. We would definitely recommend and return!
The location is very convenient. The room is rather spacious. The bathroom is tidy. There are Clarins shower gel and shampoo/conditioner and the slippers which is a real luxury nowadays
It was easy to book at last minute. It had 24h reception desk and parking (which you need to pay, but it’s all secured). We were travelling to Avoriaz ski resort and needed only one night stay. Rooms are small, but clean and for one night stay it was perfect. We didn’t eat breakfast there, so can’t comment on this.
The bar asthetics were beautiful. Rooms were modern.
Staff were really good, always trying to please.
Location is fantastic, right amid all the designer shops.
Bathroom was large, nice shower and toiletries provided.
It's an OK hotel, nice and clean and modern but they just haven't met the cosy, luxury side that I'd expected.
I've chosen this hotel for location-next door to the railway station. It's convinient if you go to 1day trip every day. Though the building and furniture is quite old, the room is clean, linen is fresh. Tea, fridge, slippers, bath robe are in the room. This is not a luxury hotel but.there is no reason to expect it.
This is low key luxury and quality hospitality in the heart of Geneva. The rooms are extraordinarily comfortable and quiet. The service is consistently good - we have stayed here many times now and would happily return.
Very nicely impressed by the kindness of early morning reception staff running after me to the station because I had left on the counter my refillable water bottle! Outstanding service!
