My son dropped my credit card in cafe lobby and I was immediately contacted by concierge that the card was found Good value compared to nearby luxury competitors . Cafe and Restaurant are a up to standards for a luxury hotel. Most discerning guests should be happy with hotel .

The food, drinks and overall feeling was understated luxury. The staff were excellent - efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The reception manager was exceptional. We would definitely recommend and return!

We were travelling to Avoriaz ski resort and needed only one night stay. Rooms are small, but clean and for one night stay it was perfect. Location is fantastic, right amid all the designer shops. Bathroom was large, nice shower and toiletries provided. Though the building and furniture is quite old, the room is clean, linen is fresh. Tea, fridge, slippers, bath robe are in the room.
