The hotel was amazing, lovely staff, great food, beautiful house reefs. It was a paradise. Half board suited us perfectly, with small restaurant serving great lunches. There were excellent facilities, including an ATM, so no need to carry lots of money. Also, the diving school had all the kit available for rent at a fair cost, so snorkeling was very easy. A handful of vendors nearby, but no where to buy snacks - could do with a vending machine or two. WiFi was great, and allowed good internet access - even on the beach! The staff were attentive and kind speaking English, Italian and German. Snorkeling was amazing (although climate change is harming and bleaching the reef). Lots of charismatic fish, sharks, ray, eels and turtles. Hotel runs a fairly tight lifeguarding service, so felt very safe in water and it was a perfect experience for my partner who had never snorkeled before. They look after the reefs very well and have a shallow baby reef which is perfect for less competent swimmers, while the banana reef is stunning and perfect for experienced swimmers and divers. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you like swimming in the sea and meeting all the tropical fishes.

I absolutely loved this place! I came to relax and enjoy my time in beautiful surroundings, and that's exactly what I got. It's peaceful and I could read and meditate by the pools, on the beach or on my balcony. The gardens are a joy to behold and the coral reef is amazing. I saw all kinds of fish and a turtle. The guys at the diving centre were friendly and helpful, and thanks to Ahmed's gentle encouragement, I did my first ever dive on a speedboat trip. He helped me get over my nerves and I had a great time. I loved my room. It was a haven of rest and comfort, helped by the white walls, tasteful oriental furnishings and decor and a super comfortable bed. Happy I could get BBC news. I loved the settings for the meals, which were delicious, down by the beach. Considering it's only 3 stars and they are providing a buffet for a lot of people, the standard of catering was very good. I liked the towel system, which is much better than having someone hand out and collect towels all the time. But what really makes this a happy experience is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone does their bit to make it a great stay. Sherif in particular went above and beyond to help me, giving me Arabic lessons, ensuring my booking was modified so I didn't overpay, and fixing my transport by bus to Hurghada. This involved several phone calls and even checking up on me on my journey to ensure everything was OK. The whole experience goes from being a great holiday to one of friendship and great connections. A big thank you to everyone. I will be back, inshallah. 😊

The rooms are basic but spacious and clean. The food was fresh and tasty, every meal you have different choices of meat or fish and vegetables from which you can choose from, and you have a wide range of desserts which are delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they support you with everything you need. We even asked them to organize the transfer from the airport for us and it was perfect. The beach is just gorgeous and easily accessible for kids in different parts of it, you can see corals and fishes even swimming from the beach.
