We had so much fun that since we are back home we dance every night with your move:Yallah Yallah!; GYM attendant: Mr. Mohamed is the best physioterapist ever. He helped us a lot for our back problems and teach us good exercises; POOL guardian: Ayman was taking care of us every day and always with a smile; RESTAURANTS: ALL your team is amazing, very professional, always making sure that nothing is missing from our table, also CHEFS who serves the food explained always what they were serving; Our favourite restaurant is MASHAWI Restaurant: we would like to mention an amazing service from Abu Gabel, Ebd Al Ram, Hamad, Hasan, Osman and all BAR Team and Ahmed Gaber Anicar. Every day we take our Espresso at the LOBBY BAR and we dont order cause Hamir already knows it and he bring it to us also very good service from Abd Alla BREAKFAST at the Sultan Buffet Restaurant usually served by Ahmed a very helpful and professional guy. The woman of the bread: I wish I was able like you to do my bread A very big thank you to Mr. Yasser working @pier and pool, we speak so much with him, he knows everything about turtles and dolphins 2 MAINTENANCE guys doing a job with some tubes in front of the yoga room by the beach and they spend only 15 minutes, did the job perfectly and always with a smile; GARDENERS taking amazing care of your beautiful plants PAINTERS fast and professional; Please excuse us if we forgot to mention someone really ALL the staff is amazing. The resort is huge, modern, kept in good condition and very clean. Room are specious, clean and with all all facilities. Water in swimming pool is very clean. I don't know how they do it, but they don't use chlorine, what's great. Beach is very nice with access to snorkeling spot on site. Sunbeds, but in general all furniture, are almost like new.

This resort has been the best resort I have ever stayed in. The staff, was by far amazing. There are no words to describe how at home I and my family had felt. I have a 16 month old baby and she is a picky eater, the chef and kitchen staff made accommodations and cooked certain dishes to her liking. My husband requested a few dishes he wanted to try and the next day at lunch time the chef had them all on display. Everyone including the chef, kitchen staff and hotel staff were constantly asking if we needed anything or any food, drinks, or towels. Food was excellent, they have a huge variety of food in their buffet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner AND snacks were just perfect. The hotel room, bathrooms and entire resort was super clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this resort. I am so pleased with our stay that I’d give this place not even a 5 stars but a 10 star rating. Thank you Solymar for this beautiful experience!

Great place, great service, awesome vacation, we loved it. We loved the beach, ideal for little kids. The beach is sandy, no big waves and the water is shallow.

Having stayed at this hotel many times it was a pleasure to be remembered by so many staff, all being we were the only Brits at the time.

We enjoyed there the view ,it's really amazing also all rooms designed to have a sea view. We liked that everything was connected and near each other. We felt that time was so short to experience everything there. The food there is so tasty. Animation team are so nice and enjoyable. Aquapark is so enjoyable for old and young people. Few steps there, and you could dive or snorkeling to see wonderful colored fish and coral reefs. You don't need to go anywhere else ..

Exceptional, excellent location, very helpful and attentive staff, excellent responsiveness to supplementing individual wishes and additional requests (from room cleaners to service staff - special praise also for their supervisors for excellent communication and implementation of supplementary wishes and requests), varied and excellent food, rooms clean and always tidy, green areas and pools perfectly maintained and clean, great offer of various external services from contractors (excursion to the desert with four wheelers, camel riding, tour of the Bedouin village and their market with the Desert Fox team (Adam, Hamada and other team members ), diving and visiting the coral reef with the Scubadive team (Aleks, Hassan, Dada, Asal and other members)....

The reception at the Amarina Janna Hotel was more than wonderful, starting with Mr. Hassan Attia, the hotel manager, who has a beautiful and cheerful personality, and the distinguished Mr. Walid Abu Al-Hajjaj, the front office manager. And the wonderful Mr. Sherif, Assistant Front Office Manager, as well as Mr. Abdo and Mr. Kyrollos who were present. I will never forget Mr. Mahmoud Hussein at the beach bar, they all provide service. More than wonderful and a bright image of hospitality as it should be 🙏💯 The service and accommodation were at their best from the beginning of my entry until my departure, a wonderful experience that deserves to be repeated
