Friendly and kind staff all around the hotel (reception, bar, cleaning staff). Modern and chique but not too much luxury. Room spacious and comfortable. The location is close to the old town, you just need to cross the bridge. If you’re on a budget and don’t need luxury this is a great base to explore Bilbao from. I never felt unsafe as was claimed in some other reviews.

The place itself is quirky and fun, however it does feel like a hostel rather than hotel. I believe this is fair considering their price point. It's certainly not luxury, but the rooms are a good size, clean, have a good TV and comfortable beds. The free breakfast is adequate and appreciated.DanielYoung couple
