Best hostel in the city. Right in the heart of centre, amazing staff very kind and helpful. I actually don’t remember the staff name he looked like he’s in mid 40’s he is the best staff. Really responsive, kind and welcoming. I just loved the rooms, washrooms, hostel building ,neighbourhood. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for more. Our stay in Madrid got marvellous because of the hostel. It is a luxury hostel.

Excellent location and price, with friendly staff and (in a small, well-planned single room) all that I needed, including free wifi, a tv, a fridge, air-con and an excellent shower. It was also generally quiet and easy to access, with easy check-in and luggage stored on day of departure. Perfect for the solo traveller who wants quality not luxury.

Great location, super friendly staff and it is comfortable that they clean the kitchen after you. The TV in the cube is of course a luxury and the lockers for your stuff you can use with the key are very comfortable. It’s great that you get a free towel and toiletry packet.

You could tell this was once a very nice hotel, though not so much anymore, and I was saddened by the state of disrepair. The staff was helpful and not unfriendly, though they seemed understaffed and harried in the dining room. It was helpful that they provided an airport shuttle as it was a bit of a walk to get to metro/bus lines. The hotel seems like it might have once been a fairly exclusive resort-style oasis in suburbia but has since devolved into a neglected, 2-3 star hotel in a somewhat inconvenient location.
