I actually don’t remember the staff name he looked like he’s in mid 40’s he is the best staff. Really responsive, kind and welcoming. I just loved the rooms, washrooms, hostel building ,neighbourhood. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for more. Our stay in Madrid got marvellous because of the hostel. It is a luxury hostel.

The TV in the cube is of course a luxury and the lockers for your stuff you can use with the key are very comfortable. The staff was helpful and not unfriendly, though they seemed understaffed and harried in the dining room. It was helpful that they provided an airport shuttle as it was a bit of a walk to get to metro/bus lines. The hotel seems like it might have once been a fairly exclusive resort-style oasis in suburbia but has since devolved into a neglected, 2-3 star hotel in a somewhat inconvenient location.JonathanYoung couple
