The Hotel is perfect. It is well equipped, very clean, has many fun staff for kids - mini Aquapark, kids club, evening kids entertainment programs. The food is delicious in the buffet, so it is good to have half-board or all-inclusive. The hotel is located very close to the beach, so we enjoyed the sea everyday. Thanks a lot to the Hotel’s management.

All apartments at the Zafiro Palmanova Hotel are air-conditioned and have a private balcony. The kitchenettes are equipped with fridge, microwave and kettle. There is also a TV in each apartment.

We were given a bracelet on arrival which you used to access your room. Its a cashless hotel so could also charge items from the bar. This was great. The kids club was brilliant, you could drop and go in the morning and do activities in the afternoon. They even worked into the evening with activities. The pool had comfortable swim up beds. Excellent pool facilities for the kids, large park and bouncy castle.

The staff members were very friendly. The hotel was clean. There was so much for my kids to do. The food was nice. We got help with anything we needed help with. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

Perfect location if you like to have a mix of pool and sea! There is a small public beach located directly next to hotel (2 minute walk) and access to the sea from the hotel pool deck as well. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a gorgeous view. Our all-inclusive also allowed access to a “VIP” pool and deck on the 5th floor.

We were checked in fast by super helpful and friendly staff. Rooms and all communal areas were spotless. Pool area lovely. Entertainment great. Food wasnt of great quality but was excellent for the peice we paid on the all inclusive light option. Im guessing as the price goes up later in the season, so will quality of food. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel.

The apartments location is perfect, seaview with a small marina. As this property is at the end of the resort it is very quiet. Great supermarket round the corner. The apartment itself is big the beds were comfy. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box in the wardrobe. It was spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed our stay and would return. Bonus of an indoor pool. Lovely pool area with bar serving food and drinks.

Our room with a king bed was spacious enough for us, but the balcony ocean view was the star! We didn't expect it so it was a pleasant surprise! Sunrise views were so beautiful and calming! Walkable restaurants from the hotel all with ocean bay views. This hotel is mostly used as an all inclusive resort. We paid for our room and breakfast only. The pool was lovely, and the location was perfect to switch between going to the ocean and coming back to the pool. The beds were super comfortable. It’s not a super fancy resort but it was cozy and welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations. We were so happy and pleased with this place.SophiaGroup
