We stayed for 2 weeks with one year old. Studio apartment we had all we needed. The balcony was very spacious with ocean view. The location was excellent. Very beautiful pool area with plants, very clean and nice. The area was quite calm at nights and we felt safe and really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment exceeded all expectations - cozy, clean, quiet, albeit located less than 10 minutes away from busy promenade, with free secure parking and all necessary amenities. Host has thought about everything - from coffee capsules to beach towels. Balcony overlooking the ocean made our stay unforgettable.

Cozy and clean flat, fullly equipped, in the center of Playa de Las Americas with many restaurants, shops. beaches and bus stations nearby. Taking into account the location, it was pretty quiet at night, we were expecting to have more noise.

This place is absolute perfection! thank you so much Finke for your hospitality, humor and showing us the place! It was very clean, pleasant, there is everything you need in there(no jokes, literally!). the location could not be better, 5 minutes and you see the ocean. And thank you for letting us leave our stuff till 3 pm instead of 10am, it made everything so much easier. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! :) Definitely coming back!!
