This is a very luxurious mansion. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms are very comfortable. It's a very big mansion with a separate luxury dining room, a separate lounge/ living room. I had a wonderful time feeling like a lord. It's within walking distance from Belfast Lanyard train station. Public transport nearby. Not far from the city centre. Comfortable big beds heating and a quiet safe area.

Jane is adorable. A very kind and considerate lady who went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The Green Room had a touch of luxury about it and her home baking will take some beating :)

Beautiful luxury apartment. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds and so much space. Everything you could wish for in the kitchen too. The view of Samson and Goliath was an unexpected surprise, so iconic, my great grandad was a master carpenter on Titanic so he would have worked there. Walking distance to Titanic exhibition and walking distance to or cheap taxi rides to good eating places. A1, could easy have stayed longer if we could. Ryan was so lovely and helpful, thank you Ryan!

We arrived by ferry and used the buses to get about. Hotel was easy to find. Staff were friendly. Booking in was quick. Room was comfortable and ready for us. Dinner menu choice was limited so we headed out into Belfast City for tea. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing. Food was fresh, hot and plentiful. Breakfast area was laid out very well. The waffle maker was shear luxury. The seating/dining area was comfortable, spacious and clean. Best short break/city break hotel breakfast we've had by a stretch. Just wonderful.

Staffs are accomodating and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected, we plan to leave our luggage in the hotel, instead offered us an early checkin. Food in the restaurant and bar are fantastic, and the vibes and decoration are simple yet elegant. Our room itself was superb, with a bed and sofa, space is more than enough for the two of us. It gave us a luxury feeling. All bathrooms are spotless clean. I really love the design of the room specially the bathroom.
