Room quite comfortable - good sleep Easy to get to from station by comfortable electric bus. Lunch/dinner restaurant has plenty of options. Staff all brilliant and eager to please, even the one who has to manage reception without the luxury of a chair - sat on a piece of walling with one foot in a cabinet drawer. Room quite good. All the staff we dealt with were incredibly helpful and lovely. The place was very clean, great location and had some luxury touches which weren't expected as it was such great value for the location. The mattresses were very soft, which isn't a personal preference, but didn't impact the stay and I will absolutely be booking again

We liked that there was direct access to our room from the basement where the parking is - made life a lot easier taking luggage up and down
